Sanjoy Kanti Nath is the Chief Technology Officer at Mid Atlantic Capital Group and has 14 years of experience in the financial services organizations. His professional experience encompasses around the retirement plan services, program management and process improvement, software engineering, trust and custodial technology development. He has a multidimensional professional exposure in all aspects of the retirement plan business that includes with plan installation, conversion, plan administration, recordkeeping and plan operations, deconversion and process improvements. He started his financial service career in 2008 with Datapath Limited in Bangladesh where he was engaged with plan administration dealing with compliance testing of retirement plans and served there as team leader of compliance team and team manager of recordkeeping department. Later he joined the US counterpart of Datapath Limited as Director of Outsourced Recordkeeping at July Business Services in 2013. At July, he worked closed with the leadership team and performed several roles in different cross functional teams and was actively engaged in streamlining business processes to improve client experience and overall company efficiency. In 2019, he joined LT Trust as Director of Program Management and Continuous Improvement while he was contributing towards the process improvement and operational efficiency development of LT Trust but was also tasked to develop offshore facility for LT Trust in Bangladesh, and FinSource Limited started its journey in Bangladesh in 2019 under his supervision. He joined American Trust through the LT Trust acquisition in 2021 as Assistant Vice President of Engineering Team. His successful professional career track and multidimensional involvement in all branches of the retirement plan services facilitated him to join as CTO of Mid Atlantic Capital Group in 2022. Sanjoy holds a BBA from Independent University, Bangladesh and MBA from North South University, Bangladesh. He is a certified Qualified 401k Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) and an active member of American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
