Role Description

This is a on-site Intern role based in Dhaka. The Intern will support wealth managemetnt department and contribute to an ongoing project and support in activities related to account onboarding. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations and providing support to the team to:

• Assist with collecting required documents for new client accounts.

• Perform basic KYC/CIP checks and verify client information for accuracy.

• Enter client data into CRM and custodial systems and ensure records are up to date.

• Support financial advisors with account setup tasks, including paperwork routing and status tracking.

• Communicate with clients to clarify missing information and guide them through initial onboarding steps.

• Coordinate simple account maintenance requests such as address changes or beneficiary updates.

• Monitor onboarding workflow queues and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.

• Help maintain compliance by ensuring documents meet regulatory and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Good typing speed maintaing data accuracy

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities in English

• Time management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes

• Basic Knowledge of financial services

• Completed at least academic coursework of Bachelor's degree or recently graduated in Finance, Business, or a related field

Monthly Allowance

BDT. 8,000 Per Month

• Must be available for next 4 (Four) Months

• 40 Hours of Office Commitment Per Week (Monday to Friday)

• Commuting to Office location Amtoli, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
