A new start is associated with new opportunities as well as challenges. Overcoming all obstacles FinSource started with only 8 Employees back in July 2019 with the Compliance and Software Development Team. At the end of 2019, Plan Document and Operations departments were added to its fleet. Thus we continue to turn every challenge into bigger opportunities.

COVID-19 started impacting global workplaces at the beginning of 2020. FinSource shifted to Work from Home. Initially, it seemed hard to continue but later we discovered the power of team play. Each and every department worked unitedly and dedicatedly to contribute to the success of the company. As a result, we ended up adding more departments; Conversion, Client Service and Assisted Payroll in 2020.

The impact of COVID-19 continued in 2021 as well. But that could not stop FinSource to flourish. The company headed towards a new journey under the Leadership of EdgeCo Holdings. We were excited to learn and adopt new policies and changes. In consequence, opportunities continue to visit us and lead us to the path of growth.

Since the beginning of 2022, FinSource experienced robust growth and achieved a new milestone of 100 employees. We celebrated the success and this made us more committed to our job, to our company. To continue the success story, the Wealth Management department started its operation at FinSource in mid-2022. Through this department, FinSource started to provide advisory support to the sponsors.

FinSource continued its upward trajectory with the addition of the Accounting Team, further strengthening the company’s operational capabilities. With matured departments, enhanced collaboration, and optimized workflows, FinSource deepened its footprint in retirement and wealth management services. The company continued to foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and professional excellence, proving its readiness to take on larger responsibilities and embrace new opportunities. This year reflected FinSource’s steady progress and commitment to building a stronger foundation for sustainable growth and future success.

FinSource marked a remarkable milestone by completing 5 successful years of growth, innovation, and excellence. This year also witnessed the launch of our BPO services, opening new opportunities and expanding our service capabilities. To support our growing operations and workforce, we established new office premises at MS Center as an extension of our existing office. These achievements reflected the company’s strong vision, continuous progress, and commitment towards building a greater future.

FinSource proudly reached the milestone of 200 employees, showcasing the company’s rapid growth and expanding global impact. This achievement reflects the dedication, talent, and teamwork of our people who continue to drive successfully every day.
