Morsheduzzaman Sumon is the Deputy Managing Director of FinSource Limited and has 14 years of experience in financial services organizations. He started his financial service career in 2008 with Datapath Limited and dealt with recordkeeping operations of retirement plans. He has demonstrated comprehensive operations management skillset to innovate processes integrating creative ideas along with the latest technologies and in-depth expertise in retirement plan recordkeeping, project management, and fund management. In 2019, he joined FinSource Limited as the General Manager and contributed in his role to supervise and represent the country office in Bangladesh. He was involved in the groundwork of FinSource Limited from the very beginning and was assigned with company registration and licensing process, corporate bank account operation, foreign remittance clearing, liaison with RJSC, VAT, Tax and company audit, bookkeeping, cash management, account reconciliation, working capital management, product costing, procurement, tax return process.  Apart from his assignment of FinSource establishment, he engaged himself with the budgeting and resource allocation, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, hiring, training and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring productivity, improving the administrative processes, engaging with vendors and government and non-govt agencies and monitoring financial activities of FinSource. Considering his contribution to the foundation, development and continued growth and success of the company, he has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director of FinSource Limited in August 2021. Sumon holds a BBA from Asian University, Bangladesh and MBA from University of Asia Pacific, Bangladesh. He is a certified Qualified 401k Administrator (QKA) and an active member of American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
